Living close to the coast, my passion as a Sydney landscape photographer is deeply connected to the very places I photograph. The rhythm of the ocean and the ever-changing light are always inspiring. There’s a special energy to the Australian coastline, something I’ve felt many times while surfing its waves. I aim to capture more than just what you see – I want to capture that feeling of being connected to the land and sea. From the warm golden light on the coast to the textures of the bush and calm waterfalls, my goal is to create images that transport you and make you feel a sense of wonder.
Sydney Landscape Photographer: Precision and Perspective
My approach to professional landscape photography in Sydney is about being fully present and patient, waiting for the perfect light that shows the landscape’s true character. It involves careful planning and being ready to capture the best conditions. That same feeling of waiting for the perfect wave is like waiting for the perfect light on a view.
This dedication really shows in my Northern Beaches landscape photography, where I frame the unique beauty of the coast. I remember one sunrise at Curly, the still water reflecting the first hint of pink in the sky. As the sun finally came up, painting the ocean and headland in fiery colours, I knew I had to capture that exact moment – that brief mix of raw energy and peaceful beauty.
As an Australian landscape photographer, this same passion for creating timeless, emotional images guides my camera across the wider Australian landscape. I always aim to capture the true essence of the scenery, whether it’s near Sydney or further away.

From time to time I offer Seasonal Mini Sessions for Families. They run for 25min a few times a year. This amount of time may seem short, however I have found it to be the perfect amount to capture little ones before they decide they’ve had enough. And trust me, they all do. These sessions are inclusive of immediate family members, maternity including partner, children and newborns from 3 months of age. Please note that these sessions are held at Centennial Parklands in the afternoon/sunset.
